Natural Remedies

At the risk of venturing into woo-woo territory, we decided to dedicate a whole section of Happy Happy Vegan to natural remedies.

It’s unfortunate that natural remedies have gotten such a bad wrap over the years as there certainly are some good alternatives to traditional medicine out there. It’s even more unfortunate as their very nature means that they are typically much better for the body as a whole, as well as being effective at treating the condition in question.

The problem is, however, that many natural remedies have been overhyped. Way too overhyped, in fact. We’ve all seen the articles claiming this or that ingredient will cure everything from the big C through to ED, when there’s little to no science to back up such claims.

We hope to address that here at HHV, bringing you only articles on stuff that works – be that scientifically backed natural remedies or those we’ve successfully used ourselves. By doing so, we aim to cut down the amount of time you waste on useless concoctions and, more importantly, guide you to better overall health.

One caveat, though. What works for one person may not necessarily work for everyone else. This is true of both what we publish and what we don’t. So, just because we haven’t written about a particular natural remedy doesn’t mean it’s not worth giving a shot.

Run your own experiments to find out what works best for you…and if you find something you want to shout about, let us know! We’d love to hear your success stories.
