Vegan Weight Loss
Deciding whether or not to include a section on vegan weight loss within the pages of Happy Happy Vegan was a tough one and it wasn’t a decision we took lightly. We fully understand the pressures both men and women are under in modern society and didn’t want to add to what is a growing problem.
That said, we do receive lots of questions surrounding the topic of losing weight, so we were torn over what to do for the best: ignore the issue or address it. After much discussion, we decided that the best option by far would be to open up and talk about the subject honestly and from the heart, presenting the facts as we see them.
We fully understand that the inclusion of a weight loss section may be distasteful to some of you out there, and we’re sorry if it does cause offense. However, we believe that openly discussing some of the questions we’re asked better serves the reader than simply brushing it under the carpet.
