Who needs a five-dollar footlong when you can make this beauty at home? Lauren Caris Cooks presents this gorgeous no-meat meatball sub smothered in arrabbiata sauce and vegan mayo with a garnish of greens.

The mushrooms are the star of the show here, but in truth the whole thing comes together beautifully. I just love the addition of sun dried tomatoes. Healthy fast food has never been so good. Delicious!

Remember those pizza bites you’d take out of the freezer after school and devour? I certainly do, although I wish I didn’t!

Where You Get Your Protein’s Copycat In-N-Out Vegan Burger with Spread

vegan in-n-out burger

Thanks to Marlena, we vegans no longer need to listen to the “How do you cope without a good burger” line anymore.

Her recipe is pretty much perfect, and I’m sure it’ll help you persuade a few non-vegan naysayers along the way, too. Don’t forget to make the mayo-free spread for maximum authenticity, though. It’s simply divine!

For the full recipe, check out Where You Get Your Protein here.

Hot for Food’s Vegan Jalepeno Poppers

plant-based jalapeño poppers

Some like it hot…and we are that “some” here. When I first went to Lauren and John’s Hot for Food site, not only did I fall for the minimalistic design, I was also head over heels for this jalepeno popper recipe.

This dish makes a great appetizer for your next potluck, or just a treat to hoard for yourself…just make sure you have some tongue calming peanut butter nearby (it really does work!).

Get ready to sweat, check out the recipe here.

K.O. Rasoi’s Vegan Tandoori Tofu Tikka Masala

tofu tikka masala curry

K.O. Rasoi is the perfect site for those who want to venture outside of their culinary comfort zone. No standard recipes here…and I love it for that reason!

Sanjana put together a delicious paste with a variety of spices that she allows to seep into tofu puffs. Added to the creamy vegan tikka masala sauce, these puffs then take on even more flavor before being served with rice and paratha. If that doesn’t sound to die for, we don’t know what does. Honestly, you’ll be bookmarking this recipe once you’ve tried it for yourself.

Get your hands on the ingredients and method here. Don’t forget to explore the rest of K.O. Rasoi as well! It’s full of so many amazing vegan international dishes, all of which will help expand your vegan repertoire.

Oh yes, pizza. The staple of those late-night college group study sessions, family get-togethers, and just plain ol’ lounging in front of the TV.

Thankfully, there are plenty of dairy-free pizza recipes out there…and this one from Aimee at Wallflower Kitchen is one of my favorites.

Along with the beautiful visuals, Aimee offers a detailed explanation of the process she went through whilst making this pizza as perfect as it is. I’m sure you’ll appreciate her efforts as much as I do…especially once you’ve tasted it for yourself!

Candice at The Edgy Veg takes some of the edge off eating a McChicken Sandwich or two (or three) with this vegan copycat.

I love Candice, and this recipe is only one part of a vegan McDonalds series to be found on her incredibly popular blog. So, once you’ve delved into this one, feel free to make the whole menu if you’re feeling up to it!
