Where You Get Your Protein’s Copycat In-N-Out Vegan Burger with Spread

vegan in-n-out burger

Thanks to Marlena, we vegans no longer need to listen to the “How do you cope without a good burger” line anymore.

Her recipe is pretty much perfect, and I’m sure it’ll help you persuade a few non-vegan naysayers along the way, too. Don’t forget to make the mayo-free spread for maximum authenticity, though. It’s simply divine!

K.O. Rasoi’s Vegan Tandoori Tofu Tikka Masala

tofu tikka masala curry

K.O. Rasoi is the perfect site for those who want to venture outside of their culinary comfort zone. No standard recipes here…and I love it for that reason!

Sanjana put together a delicious paste with a variety of spices that she allows to seep into tofu puffs. Added to the creamy vegan tikka masala sauce, these puffs then take on even more flavor before being served with rice and paratha. If that doesn’t sound to die for, we don’t know what does. Honestly, you’ll be bookmarking this recipe once you’ve tried it for yourself.

Get your hands on the ingredients and method here. Don’t forget to explore the rest of K.O. Rasoi as well! It’s full of so many amazing vegan international dishes, all of which will help expand your vegan repertoire.
